Qodo Raises $70 Mn to Scale AI Code Governance Platform

Qodo has raised $70 million in a Series B funding round led by Qumra Capital, bringing its total funding to $120 million, as enterprises seek stronger governance over rapidly growing volumes of AI-generated code.

The round also saw participation from investors including Square Peg, Susa Ventures and TLV Partners, alongside industry leaders such as Peter Welinder and Clara Shih.

Qodo’s platform focuses on code review and governance, evaluating not just code changes but their broader impact across repositories, historical codebases and organisational standards.

The company recently ranked among top performers on Martian’s Code Review Bench, outperforming rival tools in identifying complex issues such as logic errors and architectural inconsistencies.

Qodo plans to use the new funding to expand globally and accelerate development of advanced AI-driven governance features.
