Okta has [introduced new capabilities](https://www.okta.com/newsroom/press-releases/auth0-launches-new-identity-innovations/?ref=theleftshift.com) for Auth0 to help businesses capture opportunities from the growing agentic AI economy while improving identity security across consumer and enterprise applications.

The new offerings target two areas of the market. For B2C companies, Auth0 is introducing tools designed to improve conversion across customer journeys and secure transactions conducted through AI agents.

For B2B companies, [Okta is adding capabilities](https://www.theleftshift.com/okta-expands-ai-agent-security-platform-with-aws-integration-and-cross-identity-support/) to simplify multi-tenancy, speed up customer onboarding and bring enterprise-grade identity features to existing technology stacks.

*“Revenue shouldn’t have to come at the expense of risk. As AI agents increasingly act and transact on behalf of consumers, the surface area for both business opportunity and vulnerability expands. These latest innovations streamline the process of building a robust identity solution so that businesses can focus on growing safely – whether their users are humans or AI agents,” said* [*Gareth Davies*](https://www.linkedin.com/in/garethjamesdavies/?ref=theleftshift.com)*, Auth0 Chief Product Officer.*

Among the new B2C capabilities is the Auth0 Identity Conversion Suite, which allows businesses to experiment with different signup and login experiences and measure their impact on conversion.

The suite also includes Anonymous Sessions, allowing retailers to maintain customer context as users browse products, add items to carts and return later, even before creating an account.

Auth0 is also launching AI Identity for Agentic Commerce, which is designed to allow consumers to complete transactions through AI assistants while giving businesses tools to authenticate and authorize agents. The technology is intended to support emerging commerce channels involving third-party AI assistants such as ChatGPT.

AI Identity for Agentic Commerce is expected to become generally available in late September, while the Identity Conversion Suite and B2B Connect are currently in beta and are scheduled for early access later this month.

In March, earlier this year, [Okta introduced](https://www.theleftshift.com/okta-unveils-blueprint-for-a-secure-agentic-enterprise-launches-platform-for-ai-agent-governance/) a new framework designed to help enterprises secure the growing number of autonomous AI agents operating inside corporate systems.
