Autonomous driving innovator Nuro has closed its Series E funding round, raising $203 million and achieving a post-money valuation of $6 billion.

The latest infusion includes backing from Uber, returning investors like Baillie Gifford, and new strategic participants such as NVIDIA, Icehouse Ventures, Kindred Ventures, and Pledge Ventures.

This new tranche follows an earlier $106 million raised in April, signaling continued investor confidence in Nuro’s pivot from autonomous delivery robots to licensing its Nuro Driver™ technology for robotaxis, commercial fleets, and consumer vehicles.

“With this new capital, we’re well-positioned to continue our next phase of growth, which will see us focus on delivering new commercial partnerships to realize autonomy at global scale,” Dave Ferguson, Co-Founder and President of Nuro, said in a blog post.

NVIDIA’s participation builds on an existing technical partnership—Nuro’s compute modules utilize the NVIDIA DRIVE AGX Thor platform and GPUs for AI model training.
