Nueromind Technologies and Nawgati Team Up to Bring Agentic AI to India’s Fuel and Fleet Networks

Nueromind Technologies (Phronetic AI), a deep-tech firm backed by Infibeam Avenues, has signed an MoU with Nawgati Tech, a leading innovator in real-time fuel station management.

The partnership aims to co-develop advanced AI-powered solutions for the fueling, fleet, and energy sectors, using CCTV video feeds and cutting-edge video-language models (VLMs) to automate decision-making and improve operational intelligence.

“Our flagship platform, Aaveg, is deployed across thousands of fuel stations to monitor retail operations in real time, reduce pilferage, and ensure SOP compliance. We are delighted to work with Phronetic and leverage their advanced AI capabilities to enhance the intelligence and efficiency of our solutions,” Vaibhav Kaushik, Co-founder and CEO of Nawgati, said.

Phronetic’s ABM platform integrates VLMs with a contextual reasoning engine to analyze video input and produce real-time, actionable insights. Its Field Agent, an agentic AI system, then uses those insights to drive on-ground decisions.

As part of the deal, Phronetic will embed both its Field and Desk AI Agents into Nawgati’s tech ecosystem, automating customer interactions and improving decision-making.

A joint go-to-market strategy will help bring these AI-driven solutions to scale, targeting efficiency and autonomy in India’s energy and mobility sectors.
