NTT DATA Acquires Alchemy Technology Services to Boost Global Insurance Capabilities
Alchemy brings deep expertise in the specialty insurance sector, particularly within complex and highly regulated environment.
NTT DATA has acquired Northern Ireland-based Alchemy Technology Services, a specialist insurance technology consultancy, in a move aimed at reshaping the global insurance ecosystem.
The acquisition strengthens NTT DATA’s ability to address key industry challenges around agility, modernisation, and scalability, while expanding its footprint in the UK and Ireland.
Alchemy brings deep expertise in the specialty insurance sector, particularly within complex and highly regulated environments such as the London Market, the world’s largest (re)insurance subscription hub.
NTT DATA said the deal enhances its capacity to serve niche and high-value segments, backed by a network of over 15,000 insurance specialists across 26 countries. The Alchemy team will become a Global Centre of Excellence, driving transformation programs for insurers worldwide. Its delivery and training models will also be scaled across NTT DATA’s global operations.
