# New Relic Launches Infrastructure 360 to Tackle Cloud Blind Spots and AI Complexity

New Relic has launched [Infrastructure 360](https://newrelic.com/press-release/20261006?ref=theleftshift.com), a new solution to help platform engineering, infrastructure and operations teams reduce incident response times by providing an end-to-end view of cloud resources, dependencies and configuration changes.

The company said Infrastructure 360 builds on its existing infrastructure observability capabilities, adding a dedicated interface that brings infrastructure data, configuration changes and application dependencies into a single operational view.

The launch comes as AI workloads increase the scale and complexity of cloud environments, making it harder for engineering teams to track infrastructure changes and configuration drift.

New Relic said untracked [infrastructure changes](https://www.theleftshift.com/neysa-pipeshift-launch-india-based-ai-inference-cloud/) contribute to around half of major production outages. When incidents occur, teams often have to move between multiple tools to determine what is running, what is being monitored and what changed before an issue emerged.

Infrastructure 360 addresses those gaps by automatically discovering resources across [AWS](https://www.theleftshift.com/new-relic-integrates-observability-insights-into-aws-kiro-to-enhance-ai-powered-development-workflows/) and Azure accounts and identifying infrastructure without monitoring coverage. 

It also tracks configuration changes across AWS, Azure and Kubernetes, allowing engineers to examine property-level before-and-after differences and correlate changes with application performance issues.

The platform also expands dependency mapping across applications, Kubernetes, networks, load balancers, gateways and databases. New Relic said this allows teams to identify where an infrastructure problem originates and assess which applications or services could be affected.

The infrastructure data collected by Infrastructure 360 will also feed into [New Relic Autopilot](https://docs.newrelic.com/docs/agentic-ai/autopilot/overview/?ref=theleftshift.com), the company’s suite of automated SRE agents that investigates and explains incidents and helps with remediation. 

New Relic said the additional configuration and dependency context can help its AI agents make more accurate decisions when troubleshooting production environments.

Infrastructure 360 will be available to New Relic customers in public preview from October 13\.
