Lyzr AI Launches Hacker Labs in Bangalore to Power Agentic Enterprise Future
To drive this mission, Lyzr is hiring three founding engineers.
New York- and Bengaluru-based AI startup Lyzr AI has announced the launch of its Hacker Labs in Bangalore, aiming to build a powerhouse between the two cities.
The initiative, announced by CEO Siva Surendira, will focus on engineering its core “agent platform,” positioning Lyzr to serve as the underlying infrastructure for future enterprises run by intelligent, autonomous AI agents.
Founded in 2023 by Siva Surendira, Anirudh Narayan, and Jithin George, Lyzr.ai is a full-stack agent infrastructure platform that allows enterprises to build, simulate, and deploy secure AI agents on their own cloud or on-premises environments.
To drive this mission, Lyzr is hiring three founding engineers. The compensation package is highly competitive: a base salary of ₹1 crore (INR 1,00,00,000), ESOPs, and best-in-class AI development infrastructure
The startup says the team will build in one of its two global hubs, meshing talent across its New York headquarters and the new Bangalore lab.
The company recently raised $8 million in a Series A led by Rocketship vc, with backing from Accenture, Plug and Play, GFT Ventures, BGV, Firstsource, and PFNYC.
Lyzr’s Agent Studio and its proprietary simulation engine have already run 1 billion+ agent simulations and support 20,000+ simulations per agent.
