LTIMindtree has unveiled BlueVerse, a new AI-focused business unit and platform designed to help enterprises integrate artificial intelligence across their operations.
Framed as a comprehensive AI ecosystem, BlueVerse aims to accelerate AI adoption from ideation to implementation.
The platform includes a marketplace of over 300 AI agents, tailored to specific industries and functions, alongside tools that support interoperability and connectivity.
Governance mechanisms have been built in to ensure scalability, security, and trust.
BlueVerse also features pre-built AI solutions for marketing and customer service.
The marketing tools help boost campaign performance and ROI, while the contact center solutions leverage AI to reduce response times and improve service quality.
A key component, BlueVerse Foundry, enables users to build and deploy AI tools using both no-code and pro-code interfaces.
It supports AI agents, assistants, and pipelines for retrieval-augmented generation, along with automation of business processes.
