# Keystone Sets Up India Operations With Bengaluru as First Hub

Global advisory firm Keystone has announced the launch of Keystone India, establishing Bengaluru as its first hub in the country as it looks to expand its workforce and build a larger presence in the [Indian market](https://www.theleftshift.com/lam-research-plans-10-000-crore-india-investment-to-build-silicon-manufacturing-facility/) over the next two years.

Keystone chose Bengaluru as its first Indian hub because of its concentration of technology companies, research institutions, Global Capability Centres ([GCCs](https://www.theleftshift.com/indias-gcc-boom-faces-a-talent-problem-leadership-lacks-ai-literacy/)) and engineering and AI talent. The office will also work with Keystone teams across the US, Europe, the Middle East and Australia.

The Bengaluru team will contribute to Keystone’s global AI Centre of Excellence, combining AI and data capabilities with expertise in economics, strategy, investigations and litigation. 

[Rohit Chatterjee](https://www.linkedin.com/in/rohit-chatterjee-7656304/?ref=theleftshift.com), Global Head and Senior Partner at Keystone, will lead the India effort. Keystone Advanced Technology Services, or K.ATS, brings together computer scientists, data scientists, engineers and technologists who can analyse source code, audit AI systems, investigate technology environments and assess digital platform architecture.

The firm, which advises technology and science-driven companies on strategic, economic, regulatory and legal issues, said its India operations will support global technology companies, financial services firms, law firms and Indian enterprises navigating the disruption created by AI and evolving technology markets.

Keystone’s advisory model brings together economists, technologists and management scientists to examine technology-related challenges from their technical foundations through their economic, legal and business implications. 

The company said its Bengaluru team will work with clients including Microsoft, Meta and Goldman Sachs, as well as India’s largest law firms and global enterprises.
