Kellton, E-Group Ink MoU to Build Sovereign AI Ecosystem under EU–India Framework
Kellton will set up an “AI Gigafactory” to expand capacity for AI services, contributing expertise in software development, cloud, and cybersecurity.

Hyderabad, September 10, 2025 — Kellton, a global digital transformation company, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Hungary-based E-Group ICT Software Zrt. to collaborate on an AI project under the EU–India Framework Agreement.
As part of the partnership, Kellton will set up an “AI Gigafactory” to expand capacity for AI services, contributing expertise in software development, cloud, and cybersecurity. The collaboration is aimed at creating a sovereign, human-centric AI ecosystem that balances Europe’s emphasis on sovereignty and trusted innovation with India’s proven technology delivery capabilities.
"By bringing together Europe’s vision for AI sovereignty and India’s deep technology capabilities, we aim to contribute to the AI Roadmap initiative with expertise in AI, Generative AI, Cloud, and Cybersecurity. This partnership reflects our commitment to building secure, ethical, and globally scalable AI ecosystems," Karanjit Singh, CEO (APAC), Kellton, said in a press release.
Anchored in E-Group’s Budapest Initiative, the project will focus on AI, data processing, and cloud infrastructure designed for transparency, security, and long-term resilience.
