JumpCloud Inc. has announced the acquisition of Breez, a pioneering platform for Identity Threat Detection, Investigation, and Response (ITDR), in a move aimed at accelerating its security innovation roadmap and enhancing protection for modern, cloud-first enterprises.

The deal brings Breez’s cutting-edge ITDR technology and expert team under JumpCloud’s umbrella, immediately strengthening its ability to detect, investigate, and mitigate identity-based threats.
