Infosys Launches Agentic AI Foundry to Accelerate Enterprise Adoption

Infosys on Wednesday unveiled the Infosys Agentic AI Foundry, a comprehensive platform within its Topaz suite, aimed at accelerating the development and deployment of AI agents for enterprises.
The Foundry includes a robust library of pre-built horizontal and industry-specific agents, enabling organisations to build, customise, and scale AI applications across their business operations.
The platform has already shown notable results. Infosys reported a 50% improvement in support resolution times and a 24% boost in customer satisfaction for a technology client. Internally, its finance team achieved over 50% productivity gains using a multi-agent invoice automation solution.
