Infosys Expands Partnership With Sunrise to Drive AI-Powered IT Transformation

BENGALURU, SEPTEMBER 26, 2025— Infosys announced it is expanding its long-term collaboration with Sunrise, Switzerland’s second-largest telecom provider, to accelerate the company’s IT transformation. The Indian IT giant will help Sunrise build a modern, agile, and secure technology foundation designed to boost innovation and future readiness.

Anna Maria Blengino, CIO, Sunrise, said, “Through our strategic collaboration, we are consolidating our technology landscape and infusing it with AI, putting enhanced customer experience at the heart of this transition.”

Infosys has already played a central role in streamlining Sunrise’s IT environment by consolidating multiple vendors, simplifying operations, and managing services across design, development, testing, deployment, and support. The strengthened partnership will now focus on embedding AI and automation to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Infosys said it will leverage its expertise in AI, analytics, and data, including Infosys Topaz, the company’s AI-first generative AI platform, to support Sunrise’s move towards becoming an AI-powered organisation. This will enable faster product launches, improved service reliability, and more personalised digital experiences.

Upendra Kohli, Executive Vice President at Infosys, added, “By infusing advanced intelligence across their operations, Infosys is supporting Sunrise in its efforts to continuously innovate and deliver unparalleled experiences for their customers, all while upholding the highest standards of data security and integrity.”
