iLink Digital Acquires Majority Stake in Dubai-Based FourNxt to Strengthen AI and Automation Capabilities

Enterprise digital transformation company iLink Digital has acquired a majority stake in FourNxt, a HyperAutomation specialist headquartered in Dubai with strong delivery operations in India.

The deal expands iLink’s AI and automation expertise and establishes a new global business unit dedicated to AI-powered business transformation.

Founded in Dubai and supported by delivery teams in India, FourNxt has built a strong reputation in HyperAutomation. With a 70-member team and clients across the Middle East and Europe, the company has delivered automation, AI, and digital transformation solutions to leading enterprises.

Its proprietary AI governance and orchestration platform, HyperTransform, helps businesses scale AI initiatives with accountability and measurable outcomes.

Following the acquisition, FourNxt’s leadership will take on global roles within iLink. Karthik Pillai, CEO of FourNxt, will lead the newly created AI Business Solutions Unit, while Gautam Krishnan (CTO/COO) will drive operational and delivery excellence worldwide.
