HCLTech Wins Deal to Boost Just Energy’s Operations with AI
HCLTech will implement its integrated Digital Process Outsourcing suite along with its GenAI platform- AI Force.
HCLTech has announced that it has been selected by U.S.-based energy supplier Just Energy to enhance its operations and customer experience using advanced AI and digital solutions.
As part of the partnership, HCLTech will implement its integrated Digital Process Outsourcing suite along with its GenAI platform, AI Force, to streamline operations across Just Energy’s IT, finance, analytics, customer care, sales, and renewals functions.
Additionally, HCLTech will deploy digitalCOLLEAGUE, a unified, role-specific platform for workforce collaboration, and Toscona, its business process optimisation suite, to support improved process management.
