Google has announced that Veo 3, its advanced text-to-video AI model, is now available in public preview on Vertex AI.

Designed for businesses and developers, Veo 3 generates near-cinematic videos—complete with synchronised dialogue, ambient audio, and realistic motion—from simple text or image prompts.

The model excels at producing fluid visuals with real-world physics, true-to-life lip‑syncing, and audio soundscapes, including nuanced background noise and speech.

"Veo 3 is helping Google Cloud customers create external content – from social media ads to product demos – and internal materials like training videos and presentations," Google said in a blog post.

Compared to its predecessors, Veo 3 offers richer scene detail—from lighting to movement—while maintaining coherent storytelling.

Enterprise customers—such as Freepik, Lightricks, Canva, Adobe, and Pencil—have already integrated Veo 3 to streamline creative workflows: automating ad production, training video generation, and campaign assets.

Tools like SynthID watermarking and safety filters also ensure secure deployment and content traceability.

Google positions Veo 3 as more than a novelty—it's a scalable storytelling engine, lowering production barriers and transforming how businesses produce video content.

The public preview makes this capability available to all Google Cloud customers and partners via Vertex AI Media Studio.
