Google Unveils Gemini Enterprise to Power AI-Driven Workplace Automation

Google has launched Gemini Enterprise, a new AI-powered platform designed to automate workplace operations through intelligent agents, marking its biggest enterprise AI push yet.

Described as a “single front door for AI in the workplace,” Gemini Enterprise integrates Google’s most advanced AI models, including Gemini 2.5 Flash Image, Imagen, and Veo, to help organisations streamline workflows across marketing, sales, HR, engineering, and finance functions.

Available globally, including in India, Gemini Enterprise offers Standard and Plus plans at $30 per user per month, and a Business plan at $21 per user. The platform supports multiple Indian languages such as Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Marathi, with local pricing yet to be announced.

"Built with Google's most advanced Gemini models, it enables you to chat with your company’s documents, data, and applications. It also gives you the tools to build and deploy AI agents, as well as a suite of pre-built agents, and is grounded in your company’s information and your personal context at work," Google said in a blog post.

The platform includes Taskforce, a suite of pre-built AI agents for specialised research and operational tasks, and a no-code workbench that allows users to orchestrate and deploy custom AI agents across business processes.

It can connect seamlessly with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Salesforce, and SAP, enabling agents to access enterprise data securely and deliver contextually accurate responses.

Google said Gemini Enterprise incorporates Model Armor protections and granular access controls to ensure data privacy and authorised usage.

“By bringing all of these components together through a single interface, Gemini Enterprise transforms how teams work. It moves beyond simple tasks to automate entire workflows and drive smarter business outcomes — all on Google’s secure, enterprise-grade architecture,” Google stated.
