Cognizant Partners with WRITER to Deploy Secure AI Agents at Scale

Cognizant has formed a strategic alliance with enterprise-focused AI platform WRITER to help global organisations build and scale domain-specific, secure AI agents, particularly in highly regulated sectors like financial services and life sciences.

The partnership combines Cognizant’s industry knowledge with WRITER’s agentic AI platform, aiming to help businesses transition from pilot experiments to production-grade AI systems that streamline operations, improve decision-making, and drive competitive advantage.

WRITER’s AI runs on its proprietary Palmyra models, which are optimized for business applications and backed by a secure knowledge retrieval system to ensure context-aware, accurate outputs—crucial in sectors like healthcare and finance.
