Cloudflare Open-Sources VibeSDK for AI-Powered Vibe Coding Platforms
VibeSDK integrates with large language models (LLMs) to generate code, build applications, debug errors, and iterate in real time

September 24, 2025 — Cloudflare has announced the open-sourcing of VibeSDK, an end-to-end AI-powered vibe coding platform that allows developers, companies, and even non-technical teams to create, debug, and deploy applications with just one click.
VibeSDK integrates with large language models (LLMs) to generate code, build applications, debug errors, and iterate in real time. It provides secure, isolated development environments through Cloudflare Sandboxes, ensuring that untrusted AI-generated code runs safely without affecting core infrastructure. Each user session is assigned its own sandbox, enabling persistent development environments where applications can be built and tested securely.
The platform also includes project templates to speed up development, observability tools to monitor performance and costs across multiple AI providers, and built-in caching for commonly requested outputs. Developers can preview live deployments instantly through public URLs and export their projects directly to Cloudflare Workers or GitHub repositories.
Cloudflare envisions VibeSDK as a tool for both internal and external users. Internal teams like marketing or product can quickly build landing pages and prototypes, while SaaS companies can embed the capability into their platforms, letting customers create custom applications without engineering bottlenecks.
“AI can now build entire applications, but safe execution and scale are key,” Cloudflare noted in its launch announcement. By leveraging its global network, VibeSDK enables infinite scaling, allowing thousands or even millions of applications to be deployed securely and independently.
The global connectivity cloud company recently announced an ambitious plan to hire 1,111 interns in 2026, marking its largest internship programme to date.
Earlier this month, it also announced a major expansion to its Cloudflare One Zero Trust platform, unveiling new features aimed at helping businesses securely adopt and manage generative AI applications.
