Box and TCS Announce Global Partnership to Advance Intelligent Content Management

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Box, Inc. have announced a strategic global partnership aimed at redefining intelligent content management for enterprises.

The collaboration combines TCS’ deep industry expertise with Box’s AI-first Intelligent Content Management (ICM) platform to help organisations unlock insights from legacy systems, accelerate innovation, and deliver stronger business outcomes.

“Enterprises are moving beyond the AI hype and looking for real, scalable, and intelligent solutions that drive business outcomes. At Box, we are focused on helping organisations tap into the value of their unstructured content with AI-powered tools that bring structure, insight, and action to their most critical data," Olivia Nottebohm, Chief Operating Officer at Box, said.

The partnership aims to turn unstructured content—such as contracts, images, and operational data—into a competitive advantage. Box’s platform, already used by 64% of Fortune 500 companies, will integrate with TCS’ global consulting network to support complex digital transformation programs across sectors.

“The Box–TCS partnership brings together advanced AI capabilities and a SaaS-based ICM platform to solve complex business problems and create new growth opportunities for customers globally. This collaboration blends cutting-edge technology with deep expertise in AI and digital transformation,” Pradeep Kamalanabhan, Global Head of Enterprise Content Management Practice at TCS, added.

Together, the companies will offer industry-tailored solutions for financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, and public sector organisations. These include workflow automation for financial institutions, regulatory-compliant AI for healthcare, secure integrations for manufacturers, metadata automation for retailers, and enhanced data governance for government agencies.
