Altimetrik, a digital engineering and AI solutions company backed by private equity firm TPG Capital, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Bengaluru-based SLK Software for approximately $600 million (around ₹5,100 crore).

According to reports, the acquisition is expected to close in the second half of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.

The deal brings together Altimetrik’s AI-first, platform-native engineering model with SLK’s full-service technology stack focused on intelligent automation, analytics, and enterprise digital transformation.

“Completing this acquisition marks a pivotal milestone that is about more than scale; it is about helping businesses grow responsibly in an AI-first world by reshaping how they harness AI to drive real, measurable impact,” said Raj Sundaresan, CEO of Altimetrik, highlighting the deepening commitment to customers seeking AI-driven solutions at scale.

SLK’s Founder & Chairman, Parth Amin, added: “In Altimetrik, we’ve found a partner who shares our values of customer intimacy, people-centricity, and innovation.”
