1Point1 Solutions Ltd. has completed the $33.37 million acquisition of Netcom Business Contact Centre S.A., marking the company’s strategic entry into the Central and Latin American markets as it expands its global AI-driven business process management (BPM) operations.

The deal establishes an immediate nearshore delivery presence for 1Point1 across Costa Rica, Colombia, and Panama, strengthening its ability to serve clients across North, Central and Latin America in bilingual and regulated customer experience environments.

Netcom BCC specialises in banking-focused BPM services, including collections, KYC and verification workflows, fraud monitoring, customer onboarding and credit administration. The acquisition significantly expands 1Point1’s footprint in the banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI) sector, the company’s largest vertical globally.

1Point1 expects the integration to nearly double its FY27 topline, as the company targets about 25% annual growth while maintaining EBITDA margins between 25% and 30%. The company also plans to deploy its GenAI-enabled platforms across Netcom’s operations to improve productivity, compliance monitoring, quality assurance and customer outcomes.

“Netcom strengthens our BFSI capabilities and establishes a strategic nearshore presence in Latin America, enabling us to serve clients with greater agility and regulatory alignment. As we integrate our AI stack across operations, we are not just expanding geographically, we are scaling Human Intelligence at a global level, where technology augments expertise and drives measurable client outcomes,” said Akshaay Chhabra, Chairman & Managing Director of 1Point1 Solutions.

“With 1Point1’s global platform, advanced AI capabilities and long-term growth vision, we are now positioned to deliver even greater value to our clients while creating expanded opportunities for our teams across Latin America,” added Fernando Murillo, Founder & Managing Director of Netcom Business Contact Centre.

Following the acquisition, 1Point1 now operates nine delivery centres across five continents, serving more than 100 global clients with a workforce of over 8,000 professionals.
